Troon’s conclusion was emphatic:
“There is no evidence to suggest that Dr Ouko had died at any other venue than the scene, although as stated previously, he could have been injured or incapacitated elsewhere”.
Waweru Ngoroge: Here are two facts that we know from the beginning. The charred remains of Dr Ouko were discovered on the morning of 13th February 1990, and it is certain that he was killed where the body was found.
We know this from the testimony of his housemaid, the herdsboy who found the body and above all the forensic evidence of the British pathologist who investigated the murder site.
The idea that he was killed somewhere else and the body brought here is fiction
